This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated by WebNextra at https://webnextra.com/. It describes information we collect through the website, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
WebNextra is a Hyderabad-based digital marketing and technology business. You can contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
This policy is written for website visitors and people who send business enquiries. It is not legal advice, and it does not create rights beyond those that apply under applicable law.
Information we collect
Information you submit
If you complete a form, request a proposal, request a demo, use the website chatbot to leave contact details, or subscribe to updates, we may collect information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, including country code
- Company or business location
- Organisation or company name
- Service interest
- Project, requirement or message details
- Website URL, where you provide one
- Budget range or budget notes
- Timeline and business goal, where you provide them
- Newsletter email address
The website chatbot may also collect a short summary of what you asked about, together with your name and phone number, so our team can follow up.
Forms also record the page you were on when you submitted an enquiry, and a source label such as contact form, quote request, demo request or chatbot. Some forms include a hidden field used only to reduce automated spam. That field is not intended for personal information.
You do not have to submit this information. If you do not provide contact details, we may be unable to respond to an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, Google measurement tools described below may collect technical and usage information, such as:
- Pages viewed and approximate time of visit
- Browser, device and general technical information
- Referral source, where available
- Identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies
We do not use this website to collect government identity numbers, payment-card details, or other special categories of personal data through our forms.
Information stored in your browser
Some forms store information locally in your browser so a partly completed enquiry can be restored, or so a later form can pre-fill a name or phone number you already entered. That information stays on your device unless you submit a form or clear your browser storage.
How we use information
We use submitted and collected information to:
- Respond to enquiries and contact requests
- Provide information you asked for
- Prepare quotations, proposals or service discussions
- Communicate about requested services, including by phone, email or WhatsApp where you have asked us to contact you
- Operate, secure and improve the website
- Measure website use and, where advertising or measurement tags are active, understand campaign performance
- Reduce spam and abuse of forms
- Manage ordinary business operations, such as keeping a record of an enquiry
We do not sell personal information.
Submitting a form includes your authorisation for WebNextra to contact you about the request. That form consent is not a cookie-consent banner.
Analytics, advertising and measurement
The website uses Google tools for measurement. Because Google Tag Manager can load additional tags configured in Google’s container, advertising or conversion-measurement tags may also run if they have been added there.
Google Analytics
The website loads Google Analytics 4 (property ID beginning with G-). Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed. Google may process this information as an independent provider according to Google’s own policies.
Google Tag Manager
The website loads Google Tag Manager (container ID beginning with GTM-). Google Tag Manager is a tag-management tool. It can load other Google tags that an administrator has configured in that container. Those tags may include Google Analytics and, if enabled in the container, Google advertising or conversion-measurement tags.
We have not placed a separate Google Ads conversion ID (an AW- tag) in the website source code. If Google advertising, conversion tracking, remarketing or similar audience features are used on this website, they would be delivered through the Google Tag Manager container rather than through a tag written directly in the public codebase.
What this can mean in practice
Advertising and measurement technologies may be used on this website.
Google, and any other advertising or measurement provider loaded through Google Tag Manager, may process information collected through the website. That can include information about website visits, device or browser details, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
Where such tags are active, information about website visits may be used for advertising measurement and, if remarketing or similar audience features are enabled in the Google container, to create or update audience segments used for Google advertising.
This does not mean that every visitor is identified by name. Analytics and advertising identifiers are often technical. If you also submit a form, we may connect the enquiry you sent us with the page you were visiting, because the form includes that page address.
Google’s own use of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising technologies information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local browser storage and identifiers used by measurement scripts.
This website uses cookies or similar technologies in connection with:
- Google Analytics measurement
- Google Tag Manager, which may load additional Google measurement or advertising tags
- Local browser storage used to restore or pre-fill certain form fields
We do not operate a separate cookie-consent banner on this website. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may affect measurement and, if advertising tags are active, advertising features. It should not prevent you from reading the website or sending an enquiry.
We do not claim that only “strictly necessary” cookies are used, and we do not claim that every possible cookie type is used. The cookies actually set can depend on Google’s tools and on tags configured in Google Tag Manager.
Third-party services
The following third-party services are used, or may be used, in connection with this website:
- Google Analytics, for website measurement
- Google Tag Manager, to load measurement and any other tags configured in the container
- Google, more generally, as the provider of those tools and of a lead-notification webhook used to pass enquiry details to our team
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that make the website available over HTTPS
Cloudflare Turnstile can be enabled as an optional form-spam check. It is not loaded in the public website interface unless that configuration is turned on. Forms also use automated spam checks operated by WebNextra.
Newsletter sign-ups currently collect an email address so we can send updates. If a dedicated email-delivery provider is added later, that provider would process the address for that purpose.
We do not currently load a Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or TikTok Pixel in the website source code.
If you follow links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps or WhatsApp, those services are responsible for their own privacy practices.
How we share information
We share information only where needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. That can include:
- Service providers who host the website or provide infrastructure
- Google, for analytics, tag management, and enquiry notifications sent through a Google Apps Script webhook
- Members of the WebNextra team who handle sales, delivery or support
- Professional advisers or authorities if we are required by law to do so
We do not sell personal information. We also do not claim that information is never shared. Operating the website and handling enquiries requires the service providers described above.
If we work with a client, information they provide for a project is handled for that engagement and is not used as a public testimonial without a separate arrangement.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry forms send information to our servers using POST requests and do not place your name, email or phone number in the page URL.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold, including access controls on stored enquiry records and spam checks on forms. No website or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should avoid sending payment-card details or highly sensitive personal information through general enquiry forms.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet legal or accounting needs. We have not published a fixed retention period. If you want us to delete or update information you submitted, contact us using the details below.
Information stored only in your browser remains there until you clear it.
Your choices
You may:
- Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to any legal records we must keep
- Manage cookies and site data in your browser or device settings
- Clear local browser storage if you do not want a form draft or pre-filled name or phone number kept on your device
- Use Google Ads Settings to manage personalised Google advertising on Google properties
- Review Google’s Privacy Policy
This website does not currently provide a separate cookie-consent pop-up or a custom advertising opt-out tool beyond the choices above.
If you no longer want us to contact you about an enquiry, email info@webnextra.com and we will update our records.
Children
This website is intended for business enquiries. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits and submissions.
